Why voice works for habits
The best time to log a habit is right after you do it, which is usually when your hands are busy. Voice mode in ChatGPT and Claude lets you say "done with the walk" and move on, while the tracker keeps the record.
Before you start
Connect your assistant once (see the guides for ChatGPT and Claude). In ChatGPT, choose Always allow the first time it asks to use Liberture, so voice never pauses to confirm.
Things to say
You don't need exact names or special phrasing. A few that work well:
- "What's left today?"
- "Mark meditation done."
- "I skipped the walk yesterday, undo it."
- "How's my sleep streak?"
- "Remind me to call the bank on Friday."
- "Suggest a protocol for focus."
- "Add the morning light protocol."
See it update on your phone
If the tracker is open on your phone or computer, the change appears within a second. No refresh. Logging yesterday's walk updates yesterday's square and your streak.

Plan the day out loud
Ask for a morning check-in: what's scheduled, what's overdue, which streak is at risk. Add todos as you think of them and they land in the same tracker, with due dates and priorities.
